3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States and supported international destinations may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving the product.

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused & Undamaged: Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original Packaging: Item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To begin a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We’ll provide detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Carefully repack the item in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts
  • Attach the return shipping label provided by us (if applicable)

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Ship the item within 7 days of receiving your return authorization

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Company Responsibility: If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping costs

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Change of Mind

  • Must meet all return conditions
  • Refund issued minus any applicable restocking fees

6.2 Defective or Damaged Items

  • We’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Cancel for a full refund
  • After Shipment: Wait for delivery and follow the return process

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, opened personal care items)
  • Gift cards or digital downloads
